Two officer descriptions needed

I'm currently adding 2 new officers but I can't think of a nice description for them, that's why I need your help in making them.

1. Merchant

- Max level: 5;
- Increases both storage capacities by 10% each level.

2. Banker;

- Max level: 5;
- Increases your max deposit by 10% each level and if maxed you will get an extra withdraw and deposit.

I need a short and long version. The selected descriptions will be rewarded.

Banker is one of the most skilled in the art of keeping resources and Gaining intest.
He can only be upgraded to level 5 but when he is at the max level you gain a extra withdraw and deposit

Due to his mass travels around the universe trading, he got unmatched experience in keeping the resources, and he usses a special muzinticator device to shrink the recources into smaller particles which allow the saving of big space.

Banker

if your looking for recources then thats your guy since he has been dealing with banks accounts for over 20 years,
and over this amount of experience he discovered a way to increas your bank account , and gives you extra deposite/withdraw chances,

Once you establish yourself within his inner circle, you will have easier access to your capital investment.

10% increase in maximum bank space per level; 1 extra withdraw and deposit per day at max level.

I was unsure of the "both" as for the resources in the merchant so I listed it as all. That being said...What do you think?
