Error on purchase page

I wanted to buy some credits so i could keep have my plus account.

When i go shop, fill in the amount of 650,000 credits for $ 50,00 i get this error (i normally use and used before paypall and all working fine) :

jeffsr1964@hotmail.com , this is the new e-mail where payments sent to, right ?

This is the error message i get, tried a couple of times, still the same.

PayPal cannot process this transaction because of a problem with the seller's web
site. Please contact the seller directly to resolve this problem.

Hope you can fix this or explain me any otherway

Goto http://www.paypal.com and send payment to jeffsr1964@hotmail.com from your paypal accounts.
