When you want to put a building upgrade in the queue only the level gets updated for the next upgrade. The amount of resources and time needed to build it stays the same as the previous level.

e.g.: Building Metal mine lvl 51 takes 2h 46m 06s and costs 971.947.979 metal and 303.733.743 silicon
You want to put Metal mine lvl 52 in the building queue but the page still shows 2h 46m 06s building time and costs 971.947.979 metal and 303.733.743 silicon...
